Tuition Policy

Tuition must be paid in full and in advance for the upcoming week, regardless of attendance. No credits or refunds are provided for absences due to holidays, illness, inclement weather, or any other reason. To maintain enrollment, tuition must be submitted by Monday morning each week. Our affordable childcare tuition rates at Quality Child Care Early Learning Center are based on a 10-hour care period, as recommended by DHS. Accounts with unpaid balances will be subject to legal action and collections.

Multi-Child Discount

Families enrolling more than one child receive a $10 weekly discount for each additional child.

Military and Civil Servant Discount

A 10% discount is available for families where at least one parent is an active-duty military member or a civil servant, including police officers and firefighters.

Flexible Payment Options

Quality Child Care Early Learning Center offers flexible payment plans available to fit your family's needs. We accept credit, debit cards, ACH, checks and cash payments. Tuition Express is our preferred payment method with no fees for ACH payments.

Registration Fees

A non-refundable registration fee is required per family at the time of enrollment. If a child withdraws, a new registration fee is necessary for re-enrollment.

Returned Payment Policy

A $30 fee will be charged for any returned payment due to insufficient funds. The total amount owed, including the returned check fee, must be paid via credit/debit card or cash—checks will not be accepted for repayment. In some cases, some payment options may no longer be permitted and cash will be required.

Late Payment Fees

A $10 late fee is applied weekly to overdue tuition accounts. Timely payments are required to maintain enrollment.

School Readiness Assistance (SRA) DHS Vouchers

Quality Child Care Early Learning Center accepts SRA vouchers for enrolled children under the following conditions:

SRA Authorization Required

SRA voucher approval must be received before a child can attend any of our programs, unless the parent prepays tuition. If prepaid, this amount will be refunded once SRA approves payment for those days.

Parent Responsibility

Parents must submit required documents to SRA on time to renew authorizations before they expire. If an authorization lapses, parents will be charged for any days their child attends without coverage.

Absence Limitations

SRA vouchers covers a limited number of absent days. If absences exceed the allowed limit, parents will be notified, and continued excessive absences may result in the child being withdrawn from the program.
